I bought these boots as a gift, they did look really when I opened the box. Like, first impression was definitely good. But the sizing was, um, way off for her, which was kind of frustrating. Then the return process felt a little slow and not super clear, so it just made the whole thing more of a hassle than I expected. For the price, I guess I just thought it would be easier, especially since I was buying them for someone else. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t order a gift from here again.

The boots themselves were nice, and at first I thought everything was going smoothly, but then the size I wanted showed as available and ended up getting delayed.
